WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Our main interest is to give you a great shopping experience by providing high-quality products. When you receive your orders, please check them and verify all products meet your standards. You may return your non-personalized items within 30 days of receiving the product. Please email us at bridalshowerco@gmail.com to start the process. Please send products in their original form and packaging. Failure to do so may forfeit your request. Credit will be issued after 14 days of receiving the product returned.
HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once you checkout with your ordered products, we immediately place it for processing and shipment. Please email our customer support atbridalshowerco@gmail.com as soon as you can should there be any changes. We will try our best to accommodate any corrections but we cannot guarantee to grant your requests after the order has been placed. Cancellation fees may apply.
CAN I CANCEL PERSONALIZED ORDERS?
Yes. However, we may charge a cancellation fee of $10 once the personalized labels have been processed.
CAN I RETURN PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS?
Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE MISSING, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS?
We strongly suggest that upon receipt, you carefully inspect your ordered purchases. Please let us know as soon as you noticed any defective or damaged goods. We greatly suggest that you take pictures of the damaged items and email us a copy at support@weddingfavy.com. Please note that we need the original box, packaging materials and all documents that come with the box to be able to process claims.
